Early bird pricing apply through September 19, 2025. After that date, tickets are $17 until the start of the festival on October 3, at 4:00 pm. Tickets are $20 after the start of KC Oktoberfest.

Includes general admission for the day you select for 6 guests. One session on Friday and two sessions on Saturday (Day or Night)
Includes reserved table on the left side of the Main Stage under Crown Center Terrace Tent during selected time period. Reserved area has separate secure entrance and private dance area. (See map below.) Only 36 reserved tables available per session.

KC Oktoberfest Hotel Block
$175-194
Includes one-night accommodations at Westin Kansas City at Crown Center or The Sheraton Hotel (within walking distance) on Oct. 3 or Oct. 4 and (2) general admission festival tickets for each night booked.
